Parmesan Garlic Bacon Lasagna (Print Version)

Classic lasagna meets bacon, garlic, and Parmesan for a creamy, richly layered meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Sauce

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 480 ml marinara sauce

→ Bacon Ranch Sauce

04 - 240 ml ranch dressing
05 - 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled (approx. 60 g)

→ Lasagna Layers

07 - 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
08 - 250–375 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
02 - Stir marinara sauce into the beef and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes to blend flavours.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
04 - Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce. Evenly distribute a portion of the meat sauce on top of the noodles, followed by several spoonfuls of bacon ranch mixture. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
05 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
06 - Allow the lasagna to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure lasagna noodles are slightly undercooked before assembly to maintain texture during baking.
