Copycat Panda Express Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - ¼ cup soy sauce
02 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
05 - Ground black pepper to taste

→ Noodles and Vegetables

06 - 3 (5.6 ounce) packages Yakisoba noodles or Chinese Egg Noodles
07 - 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
08 - ⅔ cup celery, chopped diagonally
09 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
10 - 2 cups chopped cabbage

# Instructions:

01 - Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - Rinse noodles well and drain, discarding any included flavor packets.
03 - Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Sauté celery and onion for 1-2 minutes until onions soften. Add cabbage and cook another minute.
04 - Add noodles and sauce mixture to vegetables. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until noodles are just heated through.

# Notes:

01 - Optional: Add a small amount of sesame oil for deeper flavor.
02 - Avoid overcooking noodles to prevent breakage.
