Pan Fried Sweet Peaches (Print Version)

# Instructions:

01 - Halve the peaches vertically and remove the stones.
02 - Melt unsalted butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt until incorporated.
03 - Arrange the peach halves in the pan, cut side facing downward, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, allowing the surface to brown and caramelize.
04 - Carefully turn the peach halves and cook the reverse side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Serve the hot peaches directly, pairing as desired with ice cream, yogurt, or pancakes.
