Bring water to boil in medium pot. Remove from heat and add tea bags, rosemary, orange zest, and ginger.

After 5-7 minutes, remove tea bags. Stir in sugar and let cool slightly.

Strain out rosemary, zest, and ginger. Stir in fresh orange juice.

Let tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled.

Pour over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs if desired.
