# Ingredients:

01 - 85 g orange flavored gelatin dessert mix
02 - 96 g instant vanilla pudding mix

→ Liquids

03 - 240 ml boiling water
04 - 120 ml cold water

05 - 227 g whipped topping, thawed

→ Add-ins

06 - 397 g mandarin orange segments, drained
07 - 100 g miniature marshmallows

→ Optional Enhancements

08 - 45 g shredded sweetened coconut
09 - 120 g crushed pineapple, drained
10 - 60 g chopped pecans or walnuts
11 - 120 g sour cream or cream cheese
12 - A few drops orange extract

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, vigorously whisk orange gelatin mix with 240 ml boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes until completely dissolved and translucent.
02 - Stir in 120 ml cold water to the dissolved gelatin and gently combine. Allow the temperature to lower and prepare for thickening.
03 - Refrigerate the mixture for approximately 15 minutes, just until it reaches a thick, syrup-like consistency. Avoid allowing it to fully set.
04 - Gradually add instant vanilla pudding mix while whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and evenly blended.
05 - Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined and the mixture becomes fluffy and pale orange.
06 - Carefully fold in drained mandarin orange segments and miniature marshmallows until evenly distributed.
07 - If desired, gently incorporate shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, sour cream or cream cheese, and a few drops of orange extract for enhanced flavor and texture.
08 - Transfer the finished mixture to a large serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving cold.
