Savor a flavorful dish of kielbasa, pasta, and fresh vegetables all cooked together in one pot.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 340 g kielbasa sausage, sliced
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 950 ml chicken broth
08 - 225 g short pasta, such as penne or rotini
09 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
10 - 30 g fresh spinach leaves
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove kielbasa with a slotted spoon and set aside.
02 - In the same pot, add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper. Sauté over medium heat until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
03 - Stir in Italian seasoning, chicken broth, and uncooked pasta. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer uncovered. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, approximately 10–12 minutes.
04 - Mix in halved cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, and the reserved browned kielbasa. Continue to cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the spinach to wilt and the flavors to meld.
05 - Adjust seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a heavy-bottomed pot to ensure even heat distribution and reduce the risk of burning.
