One-Pot Cheeseburger Pasta Dish (Print Version)

Wholesome one-pot pasta with cheesy beef, tomatoes, and macaroni for an easy dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (95% lean)
02 - 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
04 - ½ tsp salt
05 - 3 cups chicken broth
06 - 1 can (14.5 oz) fire roasted diced tomatoes
07 - 1 package (8 oz) elbow macaroni
08 - 1 ½ cups low-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
09 - 2 scallions (thinly sliced)

# Instructions:

01 - Prep a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned (5–7 minutes). Crumble into small pieces while cooking.
03 - Add garlic powder and smoked paprika to the browned beef, stirring to mix well. Continue to cook for an additional 30 seconds.
04 - Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, macaroni, and salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
05 - Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring often, until the macaroni is tender and the sauce has thickened.
06 - Take the skillet off the heat. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until blended and melted.
07 - Serve in 6 evenly divided portions. Enjoy!
