Cheesy Italian Pizza Burgers (Print Version)

Beef patties topped with marinara, mozzarella, and pizza favorites for the ultimate burger experience.

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Patties

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Black pepper to taste

→ Pizza Toppings

05 - 250 ml marinara sauce
06 - 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - Assorted pizza toppings, such as pepperoni slices, sliced olives, or chopped bell peppers

→ To Serve

08 - 4 hamburger buns

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just incorporated to avoid overworking the meat.
02 - Divide the beef mixture evenly into four portions and shape each into a patty approximately 1.5 cm thick.
03 - Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your preferred doneness.
04 - While patties cook, split buns and toast cut sides in a separate pan over medium heat until lightly golden.
05 - Spoon marinara sauce over each patty, top with mozzarella, and add your choice of pizza toppings. Cover the pan to let cheese melt for 2–3 minutes.
06 - Transfer patties with melted cheese and toppings onto toasted buns. Serve immediately while hot.
