# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 240 ml frozen pineapple chunks
02 - 120 ml full-fat canned coconut milk
03 - 120 ml whole milk or unsweetened plant-based milk (almond or oat)
04 - 15 ml cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López or Goya)
05 - 12–24 g granulated sugar or honey, to taste
06 - 2.5 ml pure vanilla extract
07 - 1.25 ml blue food coloring or natural spirulina powder
08 - 240 ml ice cubes

→ Toppings

09 - Whipped cream, for serving
10 - Blue sugar crystals or shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, whole or plant-based milk, cream of coconut, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Add a small amount of blue food coloring or spirulina, pulsing until the desired blue shade is achieved. Adjust intensity for a light aqua or deep turquoise effect.
03 - Divide the blended beverage evenly between two tall clear glasses.
04 - Crown each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle with blue sugar crystals or shredded coconut for an ocean wave look.
05 - Insert a colorful straw and present immediately for optimal texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - For a naturally blue hue, use spirulina powder instead of food coloring.
02 - If you prefer a dairy-free version, select plant-based milk and non-dairy whipped cream.
