Swiss Mushroom Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Topping

01 - 2 tbsp butter
02 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1 minced garlic clove
05 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
06 - Add salt and black pepper as needed

→ Burger Patties

07 - 1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
08 - 1 tbsp steak spice mix
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Assembly

10 - 4 Swiss cheese slices
11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Optional add-ons: lettuce, tomato, mayo, or mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the butter, then cook the mushrooms and onions for 8-10 minutes. Toss in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce, and stir for another minute.
02 - Blend the ground beef and seasonings together, and shape them into four patties.
03 - Cook each patty for 3-5 minutes per side. In the last minute, put Swiss cheese on top and cover to let it melt.
04 - Toast the burger buns, then layer on the burger patty, melted cheese, mushroom mixture, and anything else you like.
