# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g chicken breast, diced into small, even pieces
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and finely crumbled
03 - 240 ml ranch dressing
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 115 g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Assembly

10 - 1 package crescent roll dough (approximately 240 g)
11 - Chopped green onions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C to prepare for baking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine diced chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and evenly mixed.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
04 - Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Fold corners over filling and roll into a compact shape, ensuring edges are sealed.
05 - Place filled dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Allow the tender bombs to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Dice chicken evenly for uniform cooking and optimal texture. Use crispy bacon for the best flavor and texture. Bake at high temperature to ensure a golden, puffed dough and melted cheesy interior. Monitor closely near the end of baking to prevent over-browning.
