01 - 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 cup onion, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 163°C. Lightly grease a 33 cm x 23 cm baking pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In the prepared pan, thoroughly mix diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
03 - Add mayonnaise to the potato mixture and fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.
04 - Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and top is golden brown.
05 - Remove from oven and serve immediately while hot for optimal flavor and texture.
