# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

03 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - Powdered sugar for dusting.
11 - Flaky sea salt for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
02 - Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Add melted chocolate mixture.
03 - Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
04 - Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
05 - Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour until firm.
06 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
07 - Drop tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on sheets.
08 - Bake 10-12 minutes until tops are crackly but centers soft.
