Meat Lover's Tot Casserole (Print Version)

Cheesy, hearty meat lover's tot casserole made with tater tots, beef, sausage, and pepperoni.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
03 - 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

→ Additional Flavorings and Toppings

04 - 1 cup marinara sauce
05 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
07 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
08 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
09 - 1 onion, diced
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Drain the excess grease.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon bits, green bell pepper, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
04 - In a 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of frozen tater tots at the bottom.
05 - Spread the meat mixture evenly over the tater tots. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
