Marshmallow Stuffed Hot Chocolate French Toast Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12 pack).
02 - Marshmallow Fluff (1/2 cup).
03 - Eggs (3).
04 - Half and half (3/4 cup).
05 - Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
06 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).
07 - Salted butter (3 tablespoons).
08 - White sugar (1/4 cup).
09 - Hot chocolate mix (1 tablespoon plus more for dipping).

# Instructions:

01 - Split rolls and fill each with 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff.
02 - Whisk together eggs, half and half, cinnamon and vanilla.
03 - Soak stuffed rolls in batter for 15-20 seconds.
04 - Fry in butter until golden brown on all sides, working in batches.
05 - Roll in hot chocolate sugar mixture while warm.
06 - Plate with hot cocoa for dipping.
