Creamy Tuscan Marry Me Gnocchi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 16 ounces gnocchi
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

04 - 1½ cups heavy cream
05 - 1 cup chicken broth
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded, plus more for garnish

→ Add-ins & Garnish

10 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
11 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
12 - Fresh basil, chopped (optional for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry gnocchi 2-3 minutes, then remove to plate.
02 - Add remaining oil to skillet. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
03 - Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until sauce thickens.
04 - Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and gnocchi to skillet. Toss gently and simmer 5 minutes.
05 - Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - A few drops of lemon juice can cut through the richness
02 - Drain sun-dried tomatoes well to prevent greasy sauce
03 - Pairs well with Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
