Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccinos (Print version)

Three vivid layers of frozen strawberry, golden mango, and creamy vanilla make these homemade frappuccinos look as good as they taste. Ready in 15 minutes.

# Ingredients:

Strawberry layer

01 - 1 cup (140 g) frozen strawberries
02 - 3 tablespoons whole milk
03 - 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Mango layer

06 - 1 cup (160 g) frozen mango chunks
07 - 3 tablespoons whole milk
08 - 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
09 - 1 tablespoon honey

Cream top

10 - 1/2 cup (75 g) vanilla ice cream
11 - 3 tablespoons whole milk
12 - 1/3 cup ice cubes (about 4 cubes)
13 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

To serve

14 - Whipped cream
15 - 1 fresh strawberry, sliced
16 - Dried mango slices (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place two tall glasses (16 oz or larger) in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. A pre-chilled glass keeps each layer colder and more defined as you build.
02 - Add frozen strawberries, milk, strawberry jam, lemon juice, and sugar to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and thick with no chunks remaining. Divide evenly between both glasses and return them to the freezer for 5 minutes.
03 - Rinse the blender jar. Add frozen mango, milk, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Blend until silky and thick. Hold a large spoon just above the strawberry layer and pour the mango blend slowly over the back of the spoon so it settles gently on top. Return glasses to the freezer for 5 minutes.
04 - Add vanilla ice cream, milk, ice cubes, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until pale, thick, and cloud-like. Spoon carefully over the mango layer using the same back-of-spoon method.
05 - Crown each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Lay a fresh strawberry slice on top and add a dried mango sliver if using. Serve immediately with a wide straw.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served immediately. The layers hold for about 10 minutes at room temperature before they begin to soften and blend together.
02 - Chill the glasses ahead of time and have everything ready to blend before you pour the first layer.
