# Ingredients:

→ Beef Patty

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 30 milliliters soy sauce
03 - 1 egg
04 - 60 milliliters breadcrumbs
05 - 30 grams green onions, finely chopped
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Rice and Toppings

08 - 600 grams cooked white rice
09 - 4 eggs
10 - 240 milliliters brown gravy

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground beef, soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated, then form into four uniform patties.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until deeply browned and cooked through. Transfer patties to a plate and keep warm.
03 - In a separate nonstick pan over medium heat, fry the eggs sunny-side-up until whites are just set while yolks remain runny.
04 - Spoon a portion of hot steamed rice onto each plate. Place a cooked beef patty over the rice, top with a sunny-side-up egg, and generously drizzle with brown gravy.

# Notes:

01 - For extra depth in flavor, prepare homemade brown gravy using beef stock and caramelized onions.
