Cheesy Loaded Meatloaf Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups mashed potatoes.
02 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped white onion.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1/3 cup crumbled bacon.
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
09 - 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs.
10 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Combine beef, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce. Add salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs.
03 - Press meat into 8-inch pan. Top with mashed potatoes, cheese and bacon.
04 - Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until cheese bubbles.
