01 - 1 bag frozen French fries or 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
02 - 225 grams ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 120 milliliters sour cream
09 - 40 grams diced red onion
10 - 40 grams chopped tomatoes
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 220°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once midway, until golden brown and crisp.
03 - Sauté ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking until the beef is browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
04 - Place the baked fries in a heatproof serving dish. Distribute shredded cheddar evenly, followed by the cooked ground beef.
05 - Return the dish to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
06 - Drizzle sour cream over the top. Scatter diced red onion, chopped tomatoes, and herbs over the loaded fries.
07 - Serve hot for optimal texture and flavour.
