# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Protein

01 - 340 grams pasta shells or elbow macaroni
02 - 450 grams ground beef
03 - 4–5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Sauce and Dairy

04 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
05 - 360 milliliters heavy cream
06 - 115 grams shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 115 grams shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack
08 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Finish and Garnish

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and minced garlic until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat from the pan.
03 - Add heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring continuously until both are fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
06 - Sprinkle crumbled bacon and fresh chopped parsley over the top before serving. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For a more complex flavor, substitute part of the cheddar cheese with smoked gouda. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat with a splash of cream to maintain a creamy texture.
