# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 500 g freshly fried potato fries

→ Cheese Topping

02 - 70 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 70 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Meat

04 - 80 g smoked bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped

→ Herbs

05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Cook potato fries in hot oil or bake according to package instructions until golden and crisp.
02 - Spread hot fries evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
03 - Generously sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the fries, followed by an even layer of crispy chopped bacon.
04 - Place the tray under a preheated grill or broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
05 - Finish with a scatter of chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
