Limoncello Mojito (Print version)

A crisp Limoncello Mojito with fresh mint, lime, white rum, limoncello, and cold club soda.

# Ingredients:

For one cocktail

01 - 8 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
02 - 3/4 oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
03 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, or to taste
04 - 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) white rum
05 - 1 oz (30 ml) limoncello
06 - Ice cubes or crushed ice
07 - 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) cold club soda
08 - 1 lemon slice and 1 lime wheel, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Add mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar to a tall glass. Press gently 4-5 times, just until the mint smells fresh.
02 - Pour in the white rum and limoncello. Stir for 10-15 seconds to dissolve most of the sugar.
03 - Fill the glass with ice, leaving a little room at the top for soda.
04 - Top with cold club soda and stir gently once or twice. Garnish with a mint sprig, lemon slice, and lime wheel. Serve right away.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served immediately while the soda is fizzy.
02 - To make a pitcher, mix everything except ice and club soda up to 1 hour ahead.
03 - Alcohol content varies by rum and limoncello brand.
