Ham Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces egg noodles.
02 - 3 cups chopped cooked ham.
03 - 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables.
04 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 1/3 cup milk.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
11 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
12 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook noodles in salted water. Thaw vegetables.
02 - Combine soup, sour cream, milk, seasonings and most cheese.
03 - Mix in ham, vegetables and drained noodles.
04 - Pour in dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
