Lazy Day Vegetable Lasagna (Print Version)

Warm, cheesy vegetable lasagna slow-cooked with fresh greens, ravioli, and creamy Alfredo sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
02 - Two (25 oz) packs of frozen ravioli
03 - 1 cup carrots, shredded
04 - 2 cups handfuls of fresh spinach
05 - 8 oz pack of mozzarella, shredded

→ Toasted Panko

06 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over the top at the end.
02 - Keep making those layers over and over, using everything up, and don’t forget to end with Alfredo on the very top.
03 - Set another layer of those frozen raviolis, pour on some more Alfredo sauce.
04 - Throw some fresh spinach and shredded carrots on top of the ravioli layer you just put down.
05 - Put your first group of frozen ravioli right over the Alfredo you spread at the bottom.
06 - Pour the Alfredo sauce straight into the bottom part of your slow cooker.
07 - Set your slow cooker to high for about 3 hours, or if you’ve got more time, go low for 6 hours. You want it bubbling and all that cheese nice and melted.
