Layered Cheeseburger French Fry (Print Version)

Ground beef, fries, cheddar, and zesty sauce come together for a comforting, satisfying baked favorite.

01 - 900 grams ground beef
02 - 800 grams shoestring French fries
03 - 300 grams cream of mushroom soup
04 - 300 grams cheddar cheese soup
05 - 80 grams yellow onion, diced
06 - 15 grams minced garlic
07 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
08 - 5 grams garlic powder
09 - 5 grams onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

12 - 120 grams mayonnaise
13 - 60 grams ketchup
14 - 15 grams yellow mustard
15 - 5 millilitres pickle juice
16 - 2 grams dehydrated onions
17 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer and cook the French fries following the manufacturer’s guidance. Set aside.
02 - Set oven temperature to 175°C (350°F).
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with diced onions until beef is no longer pink. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess fat.
04 - Stir cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup into the beef mixture until thoroughly blended.
05 - Transfer beef mixture to a 28x18 cm (7x11 inch) casserole dish. Arrange cooked French fries in an even layer on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
07 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
08 - Drizzle burger sauce over the hot casserole before serving.

01 - Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving to enhance flavor development and slicing.
