Korean BBQ Meatballs & Spicy Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Spicy Mayo Dip

13 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
15 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
02 - Shape mixture into small meatballs
03 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides
04 - Whisk together all spicy mayo dip ingredients in a small bowl
05 - Serve meatballs with spicy mayo dip

01 - Can use any ground meat
02 - Adjust sriracha to taste
03 - Can serve with rice or noodles
