# Ingredients:

→ Crust and garnish

01 - 1 ½ cups crumbled graham cracker crumbs and small pieces
02 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - Graham cracker crumbs, lime zest, and lime slices for garnish (optional)

→ Filling

05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
06 - 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
07 - ⅓ cup lime juice (from 2-3 medium limes)
08 - 1 tablespoon lime zest (from 1-2 medium limes)
09 - 1 cup heavy cream, cold

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together the crumbled graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in the lime juice and lime zest. Pour in the heavy cream and whip the mixture until it thickens slightly.
03 - Place 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each of six 8 oz jars. Top with ¼ cup of the lime filling. Add another layer of graham cracker mixture, then divide the remaining lime filling evenly into the jars.
04 - Chill the jars for 1 hour. Garnish with a lime slice, additional lime zest, and graham cracker crumbs if desired, then serve.
