# Ingredients:

→ Cream Layer

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 397 g sweetened condensed milk
03 - 120 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - Finely grated zest of 2 limes
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 240 ml heavy cream
07 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

→ Biscuit Base

08 - 285 g graham crackers, crushed
09 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

→ Topping and Garnish

10 - 240 ml fresh whipped cream
11 - Lime slices, for garnish
12 - Additional lime zest, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract together until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - In a separate chilled bowl, whisk the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring a light and airy texture without deflating the cream.
04 - Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a small bowl, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
05 - Layer the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of a large glass bowl or individual serving vessels. Add a layer of lime cream, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Repeat the process, alternating layers, and finish with a final layer of lime cream on top.
06 - Top with fresh whipped cream and decorate with lime slices and extra lime zest.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow layers to set and flavors to meld prior to serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, ensure all dairy ingredients are completely chilled before assembly. Use freshly squeezed lime juice for optimal flavor.
