Cream Cheese Mints (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened.
03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice concentrate.
04 - 4 cups powdered sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, butter, lime juice and zest in large bowl. Mix well.
02 - Gradually add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, until mixture forms non-sticky dough.
03 - Form mixture into ½-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.
04 - Press each mint with fork tines to create pattern.
05 - Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
