Key Lime Cheesecake Colada (Print Version)

Creamy and tropical key lime colada with hints of cheesecake and coconut.

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - 1 ½ oz white rum or coconut rum
02 - 1 oz key lime juice, fresh preferred
03 - 1 oz cream of coconut, such as Coco López
04 - 1 oz pineapple juice
05 - 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
06 - 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
07 - 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar, adjust to taste
08 - 1 cup ice

→ Optional Garnishes

09 - Whipped cream
10 - Graham cracker crumbs
11 - Lime wheel or wedge
12 - Toasted coconut flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Rim the glass with key lime juice, then dip it into graham cracker crumbs to create a 'pie crust' effect. Set aside.
02 - In a blender, combine white rum (or coconut rum), key lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime flavor as needed.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and toasted coconut, if desired. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and serve immediately.

01 - Using fresh key lime juice enhances the flavor of the cocktail.
02 - Coconut rum can add an extra tropical note to the drink.
