01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 120 milliliters pizza-style tomato sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
08 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 30 grams sliced pepperoni (optional)
10 - 4 burger buns

12 - Sliced bell peppers (optional)
13 - Sliced mushrooms (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C or heat a skillet over medium heat.
02 - Combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
03 - Form the beef mixture into 4 uniform patties. Cook on a skillet for 4 to 5 minutes per side or bake on a lined tray for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
04 - Spoon pizza-style sauce evenly over each cooked patty. Top with shredded mozzarella and optional pepperoni slices.
05 - Return patties to oven for 5 minutes or cover skillet briefly, just until cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
06 - Arrange patties on burger buns. Add desired toppings such as olives, bell peppers, or mushrooms. Serve immediately.
