Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Brown the ground beef, stirring until fully cooked. Incorporate taco seasoning and 120 ml water. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from pan.

In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and sliced bell pepper for 4 minutes or until softened.

In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and 90 g of shredded Mexican cheese until smooth.

Combine Bisquick mix and the remaining 240 ml water to create a soft dough. Press dough evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the prepared baking dish.

Distribute seasoned ground beef evenly atop the biscuit dough base.

Spread sautéed onions and bell peppers over the beef layer.

Evenly distribute the sour cream and cheese mixture over the vegetables.

Arrange sliced Roma tomatoes and pepperoncini on top. Sprinkle with remaining 180 g of shredded Mexican cheese.
