Jello Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 17.5 ounce snickerdoodle cookie mix.
02 - 1/2 cup salted butter, melted.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 3 tablespoons red jello powder.
05 - 3 tablespoons blue jello powder.
06 - 3 tablespoons green jello powder.
07 - 3 tablespoons yellow jello powder.
08 - 1 cup granulated sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Combine cookie mix, melted butter and egg.
03 - Separate dough into four bowls.
04 - Knead different jello powder into each portion.
05 - Scoop 2 tablespoon balls and roll in sugar.
06 - Bake 10-13 minutes until tops are firm.
07 - Let cool on pan 3-5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use sugar-free jello.
02 - Stores 3-5 days at room temperature.
03 - Can freeze up to 6 months.
