Easy Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese in Air Fryer (Print version)

Crispy air fryer grilled cheese loaded with jalapeno popper filling, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon for a fast spicy sandwich.

# Ingredients:

For the filling

01 - 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup (60 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1/4 cup (30 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 2-3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
05 - 1/4 cup (30 g) cooked bacon, crumbled
06 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

For the sandwiches

08 - 4 slices thick-cut sourdough or white bread
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
10 - 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional, for crust)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until evenly combined.
02 - Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice, covering all the way to the edges.
03 - Place two slices butter-side down. Divide the filling evenly and spread to the edges. Top with the remaining bread, butter-side up.
04 - Cook at 380°F for 4 minutes. Flip carefully and cook 3 to 4 minutes more until the bread is deep golden and the cheese is melted.
