Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (10 oz) Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips.
02 - 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened.
03 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained.
06 - 1 can (4 oz) green chiles, mild or medium.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
10 - ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment. Arrange tortilla scoops close together.
02 - Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, chiles, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
03 - Add 1 tablespoon filling to each scoop. Top with parmesan cheese.
04 - Bake 13-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and tops are browned. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made gluten-free using GF tortilla chips.
02 - Best served warm.
