White Chicken Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups low sodium chicken broth.
02 - 19 oz white kidney beans, drained.
03 - 12 oz corn, drained.
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
05 - 4.3 oz green chiles.
06 - 2-3 teaspoons chili powder.
07 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 4 chicken breasts.
09 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
10 - Cornstarch + water for thickening.

# Instructions:

01 - Add broth, beans, corn, onion, chiles, and seasonings to pot.
02 - Place chicken breasts in liquid and press down.
03 - Cook on high pressure 10 minutes, natural release 10 minutes.
04 - Remove and shred chicken, return to pot.
05 - Add cream cheese pieces and stir until melted. Thicken if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use frozen chicken with longer time.
02 - Add cornstarch to thicken if needed.
03 - Customize toppings as desired.
