# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
02 - 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or soy)
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup hot water
05 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
06 - A pinch of sea salt
07 - Whipped cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until smooth and lump-free using a bamboo whisk or frother.
02 - Dissolve the brown sugar in a minimal amount of hot water in a separate bowl, stirring until fully dissolved.
03 - Pour the brown sugar syrup into the bottom of a glass.
04 - Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving space for other ingredients.
05 - Pour the prepared matcha over the ice, followed by the milk of your choice. Adjust the milk-to-matcha ratio if desired.
06 - Add a pinch of sea salt, if desired, for enhanced flavor.
07 - Stir gently to combine the layers and garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
