Hot Honey Baked Chicken Breasts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs organic chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons On Everything All-Purpose Blend (or homemade blend)
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt

→ Hot Honey Sauce

06 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 cup organic raw honey
09 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
14 - Pinch of sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chicken with olive oil and seasonings in large bowl. Cut slits on top of breasts, 1-inch apart. Can marinate for 3+ hours.
02 - Sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant. Add honey and all seasonings, stir until smooth and thick. Remove from heat.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chicken with space between pieces.
04 - Spoon half the hot honey sauce over chicken. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
05 - Let cool slightly, then top with remaining sauce before serving.

01 - Can be made ahead and stored up to 2 days
02 - Keeps in refrigerator 3-4 days
03 - Can use chicken tenderloins, thighs, or drumsticks
04 - Can make homemade all-purpose blend with common spices
