Hot Buttered Rum (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ounces dark rum.
02 - 2 tablespoons spiced butter batter.
03 - 6-8 ounces boiling water.
04 - 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened.
05 - 1 cup salted butter, softened.
06 - ½ cup light brown sugar.
07 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon.
09 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground cloves.
11 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt.
12 - Optional: cinnamon stick for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix softened ice cream, butter, sugars, and spices until smooth and evenly combined. Freeze in airtight container.
02 - Stir rum and 2 tablespoons batter in heat-safe mug.
03 - Add boiling water and stir until batter melts and combines. Serve warm.
