Heat the oven to 175°C.

Place the Brie cheese wheel in the centre of a shallow, oven-safe dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together chopped dried figs, honey, and chopped pecans. Stir in rosemary if using.

Distribute the fig and nut mixture evenly over the surface of the Brie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is soft and beginning to ooze.

Remove from the oven and serve warm alongside sliced baguette or assorted crackers.
