Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 bone-in chicken thighs

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

02 - ¼ cup honey
03 - ¼ cup Dijon mustard
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
06 - 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
07 - 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
08 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pat dry with a paper towel.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
03 - Brush or spoon the honey mustard mixture liberally over the chicken thighs.
04 - Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and registers 80°C (175°F) internal temperature. For crispy skin, broil for the final 2 to 3 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - If fresh herbs are unavailable, substitute with 1 teaspoon of dried herbs. An Italian herb blend works excellently as an alternative.
