Crispy, Saucy Honey Garlic Salmon Bites in a Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound salmon fillet, skin and bones removed, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce.
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed.
04 - 3 tablespoons honey.
05 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
06 - 1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger.
07 - 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce or 3/4 teaspoon sriracha.
08 - 1 tablespoon butter.
09 - Chopped cilantro for garnish.
10 - Sesame seeds for garnish.
11 - Chili crisp oil for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix tamari, lemon juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili sauce. Add salmon cubes and marinate 5 minutes.
02 - Heat large skillet to medium-high with oil until hot but not smoking.
03 - Sear salmon 2 minutes, add butter, flip and cook 1-2 minutes more.
04 - Add reserved marinade, simmer to reduce. Use sauce to baste salmon.
05 - Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro, serve immediately.
