02 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
03 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt

→ Sauce Ingredients

05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
06 - 60 millilitres honey
07 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
08 - 80 millilitres chicken broth
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

→ Cooking Essentials

11 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
12 - 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
13 - 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
14 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken strips, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl; toss until evenly coated.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and honey; set aside.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn the strips over and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Lower heat to medium, add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring for 1 minute until aromatic.
05 - Pour in the honey garlic mixture. Allow the contents to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces and thickens and the chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
06 - Sprinkle in dried chili flakes and fresh parsley. Serve hot over cooked rice.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare all ingredients before starting to ensure a smooth cooking process and prevent overcooking the chicken.
