Phyllo Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 sheets phyllo dough (half box).
02 - 4 ounces feta cheese, thinly sliced.
03 - ½ teaspoon oregano.
04 - 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon honey.
06 - 1½ sticks butter, melted.
07 - Black sesame seeds for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Lay out 12 sheets of phyllo dough.
02 - Distribute sliced feta on phyllo. Sprinkle with oregano and red pepper. Drizzle with honey.
03 - Roll phyllo tightly like sushi. Cut into small pieces.
04 - Brush muffin tin with melted butter. Place rolls in tin, brush tops with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
05 - Bake 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Stores in fridge up to 3 days.
02 - Can drizzle with extra honey when serving.
