01 - 1 sourdough loaf, sliced into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 240 g cranberries, fresh or dried
03 - 225 g brie cheese, cut into small cubes
04 - 45 ml honey
05 - 28 g unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (optional)
07 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C and lightly grease a suitable baking dish.
02 - With a sharp knife, cut the sourdough loaf into cubes, stopping short of the base to retain loaf structure.
03 - Carefully insert cubed brie cheese and cranberries between the bread pieces, ensuring even distribution and gentle packing.
04 - Position the filled loaf in the baking dish. Evenly drizzle melted butter and honey over the loaf, allowing the mixture to soak into the bread.
05 - Sprinkle fresh thyme and a pinch of salt across the top for aromatic flavor enhancement.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and cheeses have melted through.
07 - Allow the bake to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Pull apart the slices to enjoy the harmonious blend of textures and flavors.
