01 -
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Place chicken strips in a medium bowl and add all-purpose flour. Toss until each strip is fully coated.
03 -
In a large bowl, combine crushed corn flakes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
04 -
Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
05 -
Dip each flour-coated chicken strip into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip away. Roll generously in corn flake mixture, pressing lightly to ensure even adherence.
06 -
Transfer breaded chicken strips to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping each piece after 10 minutes to ensure uniform browning.
07 -
While chicken is baking, add BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed and smooth.
08 -
Remove chicken from oven and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes. Pour warmed honey BBQ sauce over the chicken and toss until fully coated. Serve immediately.
