Honey Bacon Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs brussels sprouts.
02 - 2-3 sprigs fresh thyme.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 8 strips bacon.
05 - 1 tablespoon honey.
06 - 1 tablespoon cider or balsamic vinegar.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F/200°C.
02 - Cut sprouts in half, remove stems and damaged outer leaves.
03 - Mix sprouts with oil, thyme, chopped bacon, salt and pepper on baking sheet.
04 - Place sprouts cut-side down for best caramelization.
05 - Roast for 15 minutes.
06 - Mix honey and vinegar in small bowl.
07 - Pour honey mixture over sprouts, stir to coat.
08 - Roast 10 minutes more, then broil 1 minute until crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Place cut side down for maximum crispiness.
02 - Don't overcrowd the pan.
03 - Can use either cider or balsamic vinegar.
