Heat oven to 400°F/200°C.

Cut sprouts in half, remove stems and damaged outer leaves.

Mix sprouts with oil, thyme, chopped bacon, salt and pepper on baking sheet.

Place sprouts cut-side down for best caramelization.

Roast for 15 minutes.

Mix honey and vinegar in small bowl.

Pour honey mixture over sprouts, stir to coat.

Roast 10 minutes more, then broil 1 minute until crispy.
