Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the pizza dough onto a flat surface. Brush the bottom side with garlic butter to add flavor and prevent sticking.

Layer the dough with pepper jack cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, and mozzarella cheese, leaving about 1 1/2 inches of dough around the perimeter.

Season the layers with garlic powder and Italian seasonings to taste.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough over the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go to form a tight roll.

Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Brush the top of the dough with an egg wash made by whisking the egg in a small bowl.

Cut a few slits on top of the dough to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
