Homemade Big Mac Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Big Mac Sauce

01 - ½ cup mayonnaise
02 - 3 tablespoons French salad dressing
03 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
04 - 2 tablespoons minced white onion
05 - 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
06 - ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
07 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
08 - ⅛ teaspoon paprika

→ Burger Base

09 - 12 potato slider buns
10 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
11 - 20 slices American cheese, divided
12 - 2 pounds ground beef

→ Burger Seasonings

13 - ½-1 teaspoon salt
14 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
15 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
17 - 1 teaspoon ground oregano

→ Toppings

18 - Shredded lettuce
19 - 24 dill pickle chips
20 - ¼ cup minced onions
21 - Sesame seeds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Brush bun insides with butter, toast until golden. Brush tops with butter and add sesame seeds if desired. Add cheese slice to bottom buns.
03 - Brown seasoned beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain grease. Add remaining cheese and stir until melted.
04 - Add beef to bottom buns. Bake at 375°F until cheese melts.
05 - Top beef with lettuce and pickles. Spread sauce on top buns, add minced onion, and complete sliders.
